Bury Me Under a Shady Tree in Oakwoods Cemetery

Please bury me under a shady tree so the leaves rain color down on me when they fall,

Come visit me when the skies are grey when the light is dim and the dewy chill lingers,

When nature paints the ceilings and the arbors reach umbrellas over my final resting place,

Come visit me when the sun glows saturate the landscapes,

When an ending streaks a vibrant banner across the day for new beginnings.
